COVID-19 INFO

In this section you will find all the health measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

We are working continuously on this subject, to guarantee the maximum safety of our participants and volunteers and also to keep all our chances to offer you a quality event on D-Day!

On D-day, we will apply the sanitary measures requested by the French state and the FFS.

 

Below are already some measures and guarantees... 

 

NB: These measures take priority over the articles of the general regulations and replace them if they are in contradiction with the latter!

Guarantees

  1. In case of cancellation of the event, all participants will be 100% refunded (excluding bank charges).

  2. If you are not allowed to travel to do your race because of the health regulations in force, your registration will be refunded (excluding bank charges). This is valid at international, national & regional level.

  3. If the organizers have to apply a restriction on the number of registrations, the registrations will be retained in the order of registration! So remember to register as early as possible!

  4. The "COVID-CERTIFICATE" is MANDATORY to participate at our races.

 

ATTENTION: No refund is made if you are registered and on D-day you cannot present your covid-certificate.

 

Covid-certificate = full vaccination certificate OR rt-pcr or antigen test of less than 24 hours OR certificate of recovery from covid-19: positive rt-pcr or antigen test of at least 11 days and dated less than 6 months. .

  1. The "normal" meal can be replaced by a take-out meal.

Infection control protocol:

 

  • In accordance with governmental recommendations and possible additional local
    restrictions.

 

  • Applied in all areas: start and finish area, bib pick up, feeding stations, …
    - Wearing a mask is compulsory
    - Compliance with physical distancing rules
    - Provision of hydro alcoholic gel

 

  • Start and finish area
    - Wearing a mask is compulsory for everyone : volunteers, service providers, first aid
    teams, racers and accompanying persons
    - Limited access zones for competitors, press, service providers and accompanying
    persons

 

  • Racers
    - Wearing a mask is compulsory
    - Races format in accordance to FFS recommendations.
    - Possible limitation of the number of competitors

 

  • Volunteers
    - Wearing a mask is compulsory
    - Access limited to certain areas, for volunteers necessary in that zone
    - Hand disinfection mandatory before any handling of items
    - Compliance to physical distancing rules

 

  • Les Belles Combes organisation is committed to minimize gatherings at all times.
